Movement
1. Breathe in, breathe out. Think about the second of the four states: regular dynamics.
2. To experience this state, you might just notice that the normal way of breathing is where the length and the depth of the breath changes occasionally, but it still stays around a center. You can also try it by expanding the circle of your attention and space. Take a look at the papers, touch the keyboard and the mouse (they won’t work). Back to stillness. Nothing too unpredictable, yet some degree of variability and change expressed through some basic gestures.
3. Regular dynamics is based on self-correlated, stationary change. This change has higher variability than the uniform change, but it still is more or less predictable.
4. Our everyday life actions are often in this category and almost everything that we put an intention towards. In this dynamics, things will not have drastic variations: small will belong with the small, big transformations will also occur in cascades and bursts. There is a degree of variability but also of rhythmicality.
5. Regular dynamics is well-suited for a standard action that needs a full focus with some occasional deviations that stay around the center, which still exists (unlike in the next state – Fractal – where the center is always changing).
Cognition
1. Multiply the ideas and begin connecting the dots.
2. Develop interconnected coherent multiplicities of meaning.
3. Build knowledge graphs with defined ontologies.
4. Focus on the big picture.
5. Zoom out to get an overview.
