∞OS Training: Working through Obstacles
In this regular training hosted at Adidas Runbase Berlin we will continue working with tension and obstacles, using the body and sticks to visualize tension and to see how one can create a surface for tension to slide off, instead of fighting it with resistance. The principles of this training are scalable to other contexts and realms of intersubjective relations.

In this training we will introduce the basic concepts, principles and procedures of ∞OS. This first part will take 2 hours. After a 15-minute break we will proceed to the more detailed work, exploring the physical concepts and how they could be scaled to other contexts and realms of life.

In this training we will use biofeedback (mainly through kinesthetic and auditory channels) in order explore different possibilities for controlling our own movement and body structure. We will study how we can use that approach to explore the limits of one's capacities and how it can be applied to steer complex structures towards new states of dynamic equilibrium.
