DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]In this session we will look into the question of generating external impulses and incoming tensions as well as reacting to them. We will experiment with the existing patterns we have and then try to implement the new patterns and compare how well they operate. We will also apply Holocracy method for structuring work into Circles (smaller groups) who will be responsible for finding an effective strategy and then sharing it with the rest of the group.
