SUMMARY:∞OS Delivering and Receiving External Impact
DESCRIPTION:In this training we will look into the different strategies that can be used to deliver and receive an impact. We will look at the specific techniques that make your impact more efficient and also how you can bring a system to a new state of equilibrium using a series of impacts. We will also learn how to receive external impacts and how to regenerate from them. We will end the session with free work to give a chance to the participants to explore the newly acquired techniques in a more realistic setting. \nIt is important to note that we will constantly be looking how the concept of an “impact” can scale from a purely physical context to other realms\, where the notion of impact is more abstract: intersubjective relations\, business negotiations\, financial markets\, etc. We will try to see how the strategies that we learn can be extrapolated to other realms. \n
