DESCRIPTION:In this training we will use biofeedback (mainly through kinesthetic and auditory channels) in order explore different possibilities for controlling our own movement and body structure. We will study how we can use that approach to explore the limits of one’s capacities and how it can be applied to steer complex structures towards new states of dynamic equilibrium. \n
