BodyOS @ Bunker West
On Saturday, the 18th of April 2026, I hosted an #eightos + SelfSense session in Berlin in the frame of Body OS Playground organized by Joyspace Berlin.
We explored how we could foster adaptive and resilient movement using SelfSense trackers that provided live feedback on movement fractality.
The participants were engaged in interactive movement exercises and used the Movesense sensors together with the SelfSense server app to optimize their movement to have the highest adaptability and resilience score. This produced a very interesting kind of aesthetics that felt and looked very organic and natural. At the same time, it allowed the participants to experience adaptive flow not just as an abstract concept, but as a direct embodied experience.
BODY OS Playground blends dance, somatics and experimental systems, inviting you to explore how you move, sense and relate. Rooted in EightOS (∞OS), an open-source “operating system for the bodymind,” it treats the dance floor as a space to experiment with rhythm, perception and interaction.
Through guided prompts and free-form dancing, you’ll explore flow, adaptability and responsiveness as embodied states. Optional wearable sensors translate movement into subtle digital feedback.
With Sophie Mars, Dmitry Paranyushkin, Arvy, DJ set by ZE:NA, and live piano by Michael Ognanier.
